We had a nice time in this affordable hotel in Piarco. Helpful staff, answered all questions.

Fairly clean venue with ideal location to center of excellence. Overall a very good stay for one night. Helpful and delightfully helpful staff, always with a smile. Outstanding eggs, omelet and cheese to every taste.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable for weekend in Piarco. The restaurant was great for token food here, I had simple dishes.

Friendly and helpful staff made check-in easy.
I encountered major issues . The first room given to me was not what I booked, and the front desk had trouble resolving the mistake. Eventually, they managed to switch rooms but didn't communicate properly about the changes.

This place is a dive, funky smell in room, bathroom smelt like someone just had a perm there. It isn't even on the map where it claims to be. Useful if you just need to restup before an early morning flight out but thats about it. Avoid it you can.

Here's the bottom line
Upon arriving, the shuttle service was abysmal, taking over an hour to reach me after multiple calls. My room, while modest, lacked basic amenities like working water pressure and had a very worn shower. The inconsistent service and overall state strongly deterred me from recommending this hotel.

Airport and Carnaval shuttle service. Swimming pool area with bar. WIFI. Friendly staff, especially Oreisha who was really professional and helpful. Good mattresses. Quiet area. Hot Tea water always available (just bring your Nescafe to get best coffee!). It was a good base during Carnaval week, close enough to the city by shuttle or MaxiTaxi.
Dining area is very dull - we ended up buying food elsewhere and eating it by the pool. Breakfast needs improving!

The location was comfortable for exploring this nice area, very close to Piarco Airport which was convenient for early morning connecting flight, the Trincity Mall and restaurant. Also, the distance to Millenium Golf Club was just 1 km...
